Keys to success will be the keen ability to supervise a sometimes crazy schedule and lead a team of part-time hospitality staff, provide superior customer service, develop and maintain a wine club with customers from all over the world,  Must have a passion and appreciation for wine.  Often this position will require long hours but the rewards are endless!
