Their goal is to provide the very best, cost efficient service to all clients, be they large multinational corporations or small family run businesses. To achieve this goal, they work closely with clients to develop strategies for successfully achieving business goals in a difficult and complex regulatory environment. They are hands-on attorneys who are where you need them, when you need them.

This firm will fight to keep their clients union free, both on the ground and in the courtroom, and have successfully defended clients against some of America’s most aggressive unions. By actively engaging in long term strategic planning, they are able to develop and assist in the implementation of strategies and practices that can help bulletproof clients for the long haul.

For those employers that are unionized, they effectively handle collective bargaining negotiations, grievance arbitrations, and effectively deal with strikes, boycotts, and other disruptive union tactics. They will also fight the litigation battles that plague so many American businesses, from discrimination, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination cases to wage and hour claims and arbitration cases. They will defend employers in individual claims and complex class action cases and develop cost-effective compliance strategies that enable clients to prevent litigation before it starts.
