Office Manager

Salinas Valley based employer and provider of Irrigation Systems & Equipment is seeking candidates for the position of Office Manager. This position will be responsible for providing support to the partners, owners and general manager as well as managing weekly payroll, calculating employer contributions, processing accounts payable, posting general ledger, accounts receivable, credit, collections, financial reports and human resource tasks (benefits, risk management, hiring, policies, procedures, etc.) This is an excellent opportunity to work for highly respected agricultural professionals. This is a full time position eligible for benefits.

Candidate Requirements Ideal candidate will have worked a minimum of five years in an agricultural environment. Will have strong knowledge of payroll reporting requirements and full charge bookkeeping including GL. Must be efficient, accurate, detail oriented and have the ability to communicate effectively with partners, management and all employees. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Great Plains Accounting is preferred.
